Our company’s top two values (our Guiding Principles) are integrity and compliance. TLC’s employs standard operational practices to ensure compliance with all applicable state and Federal rules and regulations. We strive to maximize our customer satisfaction by utilization of standard processes and procedures across our client operationsas part of our service offerings. We regularly review these processes for continued improvement in support of our client’s established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) objectives and other business goals.
Our mission is to partner with our IT and Federal government clients and offer them excellent technical expertise and customer service. We will offer hands-on training in computer application software and allied health, along with career development and counseling services.
About Us
TLC has been offering technical training in computer applications and allied health for over 10 years. In addition, the company has technical resources to manage and execute projects in areas such as IT Governance, telecommunications and database design and development. Our training services methodology is hands-on and is taught by professional and experienced faculty. Our curriculum is developed by working closely with the industry in which they are offered and with consultation with potential employers.
TLC is licensed as a Post-Secondary Vocational School by the District of Columbia Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) and is nationally accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE). TLC is on the approved vendor list with the DC DOES, DC RSA and VA for technical training referral services.
